Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
  Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Mon-Fri will ship that same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.  Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

What is your return policy?
 

Return Policy

You may return your order for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs) within 90 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be received into our warehouse within 90 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for opened or used product cannot exceed 90 days' supply. Shipping is not refundable. A refund will be issued via the original form of payment for the cost of the item(s) within 14 business days of receipt of the returned items.

      1. All refund requests must be received into our warehouse within 90 days from the date of original purchase date. We cannot accept return requests via phone or e-mail.
      2. Please return any remaining product and/or empty bottles/packaging. Refunds for opened or used product cannot exceed 90 days' supply.
      3. Please include copy of sales receipt with the returned product.
